带式焙烧机球团技术的应用及研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 随着赤铁矿、褐铁矿等进口矿种使用占比的加大,以及国内工业、经济、科技等的快速发展,带式焙烧机球团生产工艺在国内将迎来快速发展。本文对带式焙烧机球团工艺及生产线情况、物质流和能量流进行了介绍和分析,重点阐述了该生产工艺中涉及的高压辊磨原料预处理、新型球团黏结剂、优化配矿、镁质球团制备、焙烧热工制度及温度控制、数值模拟与预测等技术的发展状况,以期为带式焙烧机球团技术的进一步应用和钢铁企业决策提供参考。 With the increase of the proportion of hematite,limonite and other imported minerals,as well as the rapid development of domestic industry,economy,science and technology,the pelleting production of belt roaster will usher in a rapid development in China.The technology and production line of belt roaster,the material flow and energy flow are introduced and analyzed,while the development of the pretreatment technology of raw materials for high pressure roller mill,the new type of pelletizing binder,the optimization of ore proportioning and the preparation of magnesium pelletizing,the calcination thermal regulation and temperature control,as well as the numerical simulation and prediction are described in detail.In addition,the corresponding technologies are summarized and prospected in order to provide reference for further application of pelletizing technology of belt roaster and decision making for iron and steel enterprises.
