摘要 巴基斯坦某铁矿中磁铁矿和赤铁矿的嵌布粒度细,通过磁选难以获得高品位铁精矿。为提高精矿品位,在对巴基斯坦某铁矿选矿工艺进行系统研究的基础上,确定"阶段磨矿-阶段选别"的工艺流程,全流程试验采用"两段磨矿,一段磁选抛尾,二段反浮选"方法提高精矿品位,获得了铁精矿品位为62.84%,铁回收率为70.04%的良好选矿指标。 The dissemination size of magnetite and hematite of an iron ore in Pakistan is fine,so it is difficult to obtain high-grade iron concentrate through magnetic separation.Based on the systematic mineral processing research to the beneficiation process of an iron ore in Pakistan,the process of stage grinding and stage separation is determined in order to improve the grade of concentrate.The process of improving its concentrate grade,that is,"two stages of grinding,one stage of magnetic separation and discarding tailings,and two stages of reverse flotation",is adopted during the whole process test,while a good beneficiation index with an iron grade of 62.84% and an iron recovery rate of 70.04% is obtained.
