摘要
文章在分析官方精准扶贫政策和专家咨询的基础上,运用层次分析法将反映精准扶贫满意度的指标进行层次分解,构建包含基层政府组织、扶贫政策、帮扶措施、帮扶成效4个一级测评指标和16个二级测评指标的精准扶贫满意度评价指标体系,对影响指标的因素进行定量分析,确定指标权重并予以排序。
Based on the analysis of the official precise poverty alleviation policy and expert consultation, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to decompose the indicators reflecting the satisfaction degree of precise poverty alleviation, and constructs an evaluation index system of the satisfaction degree of precise poverty alleviation, which includes four first-level evaluation indicators of grass-roots government organizations, poverty alleviation policies, assistance measures and assistance effectiveness, as well as 16 second-level evaluation indicators. The paper also makes a quantitative analysis to determine the weight of indicators and rank them.
