重庆某方解石型低品位萤石矿选矿技术研究 被引量:4

Study on Beneficiation Technology of Low-grade Calcite-type Fluorite in Chongqing

摘要 重庆某萤石矿的萤石品位和矿物组成变化较大,部分原矿萤石品位低,方解石含量高,且嵌布粒度细。采用原有生产工艺选别该类型矿石,所得萤石精矿CaF_2含量约为83%,回收率为56%。为提高萤石精矿的品位和回收率,对该矿石进行了选矿试验研究,并根据研究结果对原生产流程进行技改。通过调整药剂制度,强化萤石与方解石的分离,使萤石精矿CaF_2品位达到了97.05%、回收率达到了77.99%,重晶石精矿BaSO_4品位达到了93.57%、回收率达到了73.58%,解决了该类型萤石无法高效利用的难题,经济效益显著。 The fluorite grade and mineral composition of a fluorite mine in Chongqing have great changes.The fluorite grade of some raw ores is low,the content of calcite is high and disseminated grain size of calcite is fine.By original mineral processing flowsheet,it was obtained that the CaF2 content of fluorite concentrate was 83%and the recovery rate of fluorite concentrate was 56%.In order to improve the grade and recovery rate of fluorite concentrate,mineral processing tests were carried out on the mine,and the original processing flowsheet was technically modified according to the test results.By adjusting the agent regulation and strengthening the separation of fluorite and calcite,the CaF2 grade and recovery rate of fluorite concentrate reached 97.05%and 77.99%respectively,and the BaSO4 grade and recovery rate of barite concentrate reached 93.57%and 73.58%.Through the study,the problem that the type of fluorite cannot be used efficiently is solved and the economic benefit is significant.
