摘要
为了建立矿用X旋流压力喷嘴雾滴速度的预测模型,基于自行设计的喷雾试验平台,应用正交试验方法,得出了喷嘴雾滴速度与各影响因素之间的作用规律,并在此基础上,采用多元非线性回归法建立了喷嘴雾滴速度的预测数学模型。结果表明:雾滴速度随着供水压力的增大而增大,随着轴向距离和出口直径的增大而减小;3个因素对雾滴速度影响的主次顺序为轴向距离>出口直径>供水压力。多元非线性回归数学模型拟合值和试验值基本相吻合,平均相对误差为13.87%,可以用于X型旋流压力喷嘴雾滴速度的理论计算。
In order to build the prediction model of droplet velocity for mine-used X-type swirl pressure nozzles,based on the independently-designed spray experiment platform,the interaction law between the droplet velocity and three influence factors were obtained through orthogonal experiment method.On this basis,the mathematical model for predicting droplet velocity of nozzle was established by using multivariate nonlinear regression method.The results show that the droplet velocity increases with the increase of water supply pressure and decreases with the increase of axial distance and outlet diameter.The primary and secondary order of 3 influence factors on droplet velocity is the axial distance>outlet diameter>water supply pressure.The fitting values of the multivariate nonlinear regression model are basically the same with the experimental values,with the average relative error of 13.87%.The model could be used for the theoretical calculation of the droplet velocity of the X-type swirl pressure nozzles.
