资源枯竭型矿区生态恢复与保护利用策略研究——以冷湖石油基地遗址为例 被引量:5

Study on Ecological Restoration,Protection and Utilization Strategies of Resource-depleted Mining Areas——The Case of Lenghu Petroleum Base Ruin

摘要 在科技创新迭起的后工业时代,大多数工业类型的矿区因资源枯竭,面临着被废弃的困境。与此同时,作为见证人类工业文明重要的物质文化载体,类型多样的工矿遗址越来越多地出现在世界遗产名录中,工矿遗产的关注度逐渐提升。针对冷湖石油基地遗址生态负荷极为脆弱的区域环境污染与地质灾害问题,制定不超越环境承载能力的治理对策与改造措施,在尊重工矿遗产原有格局的基础上,探索了工矿遗址与自然景观融合的雅丹地质公园、火星模拟基地、天文星空小镇等遗址保护与开发对策,其衍生出的经济、文化和科学价值是冷湖石油基地遗址保护利用过程中值得研究的问题。 In the post-industrial era in which technological innovations have taken place,most industrial types of mining areas are facing the dilemma of being abandoned due to the resources exhaustion.At the same time,as an important material and cultural carrier to witness human industrial civilization,various types of industrial and mining sites are increasingly appearing in the World Heritage List,and the attention of industrial and mining heritage is gradually increasing.Aiming at the problem of regional environmental pollution and geological disasters in Lenghu Petroleum Base Ruin with extremely fragile ecological load,the control measures and transformation measures not exceeding the environmental carrying capacity were formulated.On the basis of respecting the original pattern of industrial and mining heritage,the protection and development countermeasures integrating industrial and mining sites with natural landscape were explored,such as Yadan Geopark,Mars Simulation Base and Astronomical Star Town.The economic,cultural and scientific values derived from the base development are worth studying in the process of protection and utilization of Lenghu Petroleum Base Ruin.
