矿工安全心理资本对违章行为的影响机制及实证研究

The Influence Mechanism and Empirical Study of Miners’Psychological Safety Capital on Their Violation Behaviors

为探究导致矿工违章行为发生的原因,提高矿山企业安全生产管理水平,基于社会认知理论、自我控制理论与风险偏好组合理论的整合视角,将风险偏好的3个维度,风险认知偏好、风险情感偏好、行为意向偏好作为中介变量,构建矿工安全心理资本与违章行为关系的假设模型;通过实证调研收集矿工违章行为的相关数据;应用层级回归的分析方法检验理论假设模型。结果表明:矿工安全心理资本对违章行为存在显著负向影响,风险偏好的3个维度均在安全心理资本和违章行为间发挥中介作用,即较低的安全心理资本往往伴随着过高的风险认知偏好、风险情感偏好和行为意向偏好,进而导致矿工违章行为的发生;探明了风险偏好不同因素在安全心理资本对违章行为的影响过程中发挥的作用。研究成果丰富了矿山安全管理理论,为矿山安全管理活动提供了具有理论支持的实践指导。

To analyze the reasons why miners break rules and upgrade the management level in safety production for mining enterprises,a hypothetical model between psychological safety capital of miners and their violation behaviors was established in an integration perspective of theories of social awareness,self control and risk preference portfolio.Risk preference,consisting of risk cognition,risk emotion and behavior intention,serves as an intermediary variable.Moreover,the data of miners’violation behaviors was collected through investigation,and the hypothetical model was inspected by analytical mode of hierarchical regression.The results indicate that the psychological safety capital of miners influences the violation behaviors negatively.The three elements of risk preference all play the role of intermediation between the psychological safety capital of miners and their violation behaviors.In other words,a lower leveled psychological safety capital frequently accompanies the higher leveled risk preference of risk cognition,risk emotion and behavior intention,with a result in occurrence of breaking rules.Therefore,it is definite that the factors of risk preference exercise initiative in the course when psychological safety capital affects the violation behaviors.The research has enriched the theory of mine safety management,and provided a theoretical guidance for mine safety management activities.
