摘要
以我国某城市使用的B型地铁列车转向架构架作为研究对象,介绍了其主要设计参数和材料性能。参考EN13749-2011标准和运用中常见超常工况,通过Hypermesh对构架模型进行离散化处理,并进行有限元分析。再对有限元分析中发现的重点部位,采用相同的工况组合并依据EN13749-2011标准规定的相关安装和加载方法,通过监控构架状态展开研究。仿真分析和试验结果表明该型转向架构架的静强度满足相关标准要求。同时发现试验中加载和测量造成的系统性误差,强调了在研发中台架试验和有限元分析并行的重要性。
This article takes a B-type metro train bogie frame used in a city in China as the research object and introduces its main design parameters and material properties.With reference to the EN13749-2011 standard and common exceptional load cases in service,the framework model is discretized through Hypermesh and subjected to finite element analysis.According to the relevant installation and loading methods stipulated in the EN13749-2011 standard,the research on the key parts found in the finite element analysis is carried out by monitoring the status of the framework with the same combination of load cases.The results of the simulation analysis and the test verify that the static strength of this type of bogie meets the relevant standards.At the same time,the systematic errors caused by loading and measurement during the test were found,and the importance of bench test and finite element analysis in research and development is emphasized.
