摘要
针对目前市场上坚果剥壳装置体积庞大、效率低下、功能单一、价格昂贵且人工剥壳费时费力的问题,设计了一款多功能零食坚果剥壳机,可以剥花生和葵瓜子。该装置基于Arduino和MEGA,采用语音交互的方式控制整个装置的启停,通过图像识别技术检测零食种类;设计了可移动式齿板机构,利用啮合齿板齿辊间的剪力,实现了不同大小花生和葵瓜子的剥壳;采用风选法实现壳仁分离,并利用旋风分离器除尘。ANSYS流场模拟的结果表明该装置的机构设计合理。实物样机的运行结果表明该装置具有效率高、剥壳率高、适用性强、清洁环保等特点,应用前景广阔。
Aiming at the problem of large volume,low efficiency,single function,high price and time-consuming and laborious manual sheller in the market,this paper designed a sheller device for snacks of peanut sunflower seeds.Based on Arduino and MEGA,the device uses voice interaction to control the start and stop of the whole device,and detects the type of snacks through image processing technology.It uses the shear force between gear plate and gear roller to design a movable gear plate mechanism,which can shell peanuts and sunflower seeds of different sizes.It adopts the method of air separation to separate shell and kernel,and uses the cyclone separator to remove dust.Flow field simulation based on ANSYS proved the rationality of structure.The operation results of the prototype show that the device has the characteristics of high efficiency,high shucking rate,strong applicability,clean and environmental protection,and has a broad application prospect.
