Study on the Bottlenecks of Regional Economic Integration In Harbin-Changchun Megalopolis

哈长城市群于2016年获得国务院批复成立,目前建设已取得了初步成效,但是作为跨行政区的经济合作区,制约哈长城市群经济一体化发展的一些突出问题尚没有得到有效解决。对这些制约性因素进行深入分析,并提出相应的对策建议,以期能推动哈长城市群经济一体化进程,实现哈长城市群高质量发展。

Harbin-Changchun megalopolis was approved by the State Council of the PRC in 2016.Up to now,the development of Harbin-Changchun megalopolis have achieved preliminary results.But as a economic cooperation zone of across administrative region,some prominent problems that restricting the development process of economic integration of Harbin-Changchun megalopolis agglomeration have not been solved effectively.In this paper,we makes an in-depth research on these restrictive factors,then put forward to some countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the process of economic integration of Harbin-Changchun megalopolis and realize the high quality development of Harbin-Changchun megalopolis.
