自1978年改革开放以来,受益于我国法制的不断完善,预算法规得到了有效实施,我国财政体制改革取得了显著的社会效益。为促使某市场发展中心能够为地方经济做出更大的贡献,以其为例,针对预算编制过程,认真查找问题,寻找解决问题的方法和措施,并提出相关的对策建议,以期使资金运转正常化、合法化、规范化,各类经济活动有序地进行,促使预算资金及各项资源的使用都可以产生较高的社会效益。

Since the reform and opening up in 1978,benefiting from the continuous improvement of our legal system,the budget laws and regulations have been effectively implemented,and the reform of our financial system has achieved remarkable social benefits.In order to make a market development center make a greater contribution to the local economy,this paper takes a market development center as an example,in view of the budgeting process,carefully looks for problems,finds solutions and measures,and puts forward suggestions,so as to normalize,legalize and standardize the fund movement,orderly carry out various economic activities,and promote the use of budget funds and resources It can produce higher social benefits.
