摘要
随着我国石油工业的迅猛发展,废弃钻井液的处理成为一个不可忽视的问题,其中的重金属离子特别是铬污染尤为严重。本文以含铬废弃钻井液为研究对象,以钠基膨润土为模型吸附质,评价铬离子在其表面的吸附作用,研究内容包括浸泡时间、pH值及共存其他离子对铬离子吸附性的影响,筛选出最佳固化条件。结果表明硫酸钠、硫化钠、亚硫酸钠、硫酸亚铁等多含硫化合物有助于粘土对铬离子的吸附固化,此外,pH值对铬离子的吸附稳定性具有较大影响,研究结果为油田含铬废弃物的处置提供了重要依据。
With the rapid development of Chinese petroleum industry,the disposal of abandoned drilling fluid has become a problem which cannot be ignored by human beings,in which the pollution of heavy metal ions,especially chromium,are especially serious.This study takes chromium-containing waste drilling fluid as the research object,and uses sodium bentonite as a model adsorbent to evaluate the adsorption of chromium ions on its surface.The research covered the influence of immersion time,pH value and coexistence of other ions on the adsorption of chromium ions,and the best curing conditions were screened out.The results show that sulfur-containing compounds such as sodium sulfate,sodium sulfide,sodium sulfite,and ferrous sulfate contribute to the adsorption and solidification of chromium ions by clay.In addition,the pH value has a greater influence on the adsorption stability of chromium ions.The result of this study provides an important basis for disposal of chromium waste in oil fields.
