摘要
利用离子选择电极法测定土壤中总氟化物,并评定测量结果的不确定度。通过建立数学模型和对测定过程中不确定度分量来源的分析,计算各不确定度分量,最后计算出合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。这次实验中,土壤样品中总氟化物含量为543 mg/kg,其扩展不确定度为95 mg/kg,k=2。消解过程引入的不确定度是影响测量结果不确定度的首要因素。
The ion selective electrode method is used to determine the total fluoride in the soil,and the uncertainty of the measurement result is evaluated.Through the establishment of a mathematical model and the analysis of the sources of the uncertainty components in the determination process,each uncertainty component is calculated,and finally the composite standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty are calculated.In this experiment,the total fluoride content in the soil sample is 543 mg/kg,and its expanded uncertainty is 95 mg/kg,k=2.The uncertainty introduced by the digestion process is the primary factor affecting the uncertainty of the measurement results.
