经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除手术治疗良性前列腺增生症的效果

Effect of transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate on benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除手术治疗良性前列腺增生症的效果。方法将68例良性前列腺增生症患者按随机投掷法分为参照组和研究组,各34例。参照组采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切除手术治疗,研究组采用经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除手术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组手术时间长于参照组,但术中出血量、导尿管留置时间及膀胱冲洗时间均优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论采用经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除手术治疗良性前列腺增生症的效果更佳,可减少术中出血量及术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate on benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Sixty-eight patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided into reference group and study group by the random throwing method,with 34 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with transurethral electrovaporization resection of the prostate,and the study group was treated with transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the reference group,while the intraoperative blood loss,catheter indwelling time and bladder irrigation time were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia is more effective,which can reduce intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications.
