人工髋关节置换与内固定术治疗髋关节骨折的临床效果比较

Comparison of the clinical effect of artificial hip joint replacement and internal fixation in the treatment of hip joint fracture

目的比较人工髋关节置换与内固定术治疗髋关节骨折的临床效果。方法随机纳入本院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的80例髋关节骨折患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为参照组(n=40)与研究组(n=40)。参照组患者采取内固定手术治疗,研究组患者采取人工髋关节置换手术治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的临床治疗优良率高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的术中出血量少于参照组,愈合时间、下床活动时间、术后开始尝试部分负重训练时间短于参照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月、术后1年,两组患者的Harris评分均高于术前,且研究组高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组术后1年的并发症总发生率均为5.00%,相对较低。结论应用人工髋关节置换手术治疗髋关节骨折患者,可有效提高治疗效果,加速患者术后恢复,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of artificial hip joint replacement and internal fixation in the treatment of hip joint fracture.Methods A total of 80 hip joint fracture patients admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly included as research objects.The patients were randomly divided into reference group(n=40)and study group(n=40).Patients in the reference group were treated with internal fixation surgery,while patients in the study group were treated with artificial hip joint replacement surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss of the patients in the study group was less than that in the reference group,and the healing time,time of getting out of bed,and time of starting partial weight training after the operation were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).At 6 months and 1 year after surgery,Harris scores of both groups were higher than those before surgery,and those of the study group were higher than the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidences of complications of the two groups at 1 year after operation were 5.00%,which were relatively lower.Conclusion Artificial hip joint replacement in the treatment of hip joint fracture patients can effectively improve the treatment effect,accelerate the recovery after operation,which has the value of clinical promotion.
