椎体后凸成形术对单节段骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者全脊柱矢状位平衡的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗单节段骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(OVCF)患者的效果。方法将本院2018年4月至2019年10月收治的66例单节段OVCF患者纳入研究组(PKP治疗),同时另外选取65例同期收入健康体检者作为对照组。比较研究组术前、术后6个月局部矢状面Cobb角、VAS和ODI评分;比较对照组和研究组矢状位参数。结果术后6个月,研究组Cobb角小于术前,VAS和ODI评分低于术前(P<0.05)。术后6个月,研究组PT、TK和SVA均低于术前,LL和SS高于术前(P<0.05);研究组术后6个月PI、PT、LL、SS、TK和SVA与对照组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论PKP治疗单节段OVCF可以有效缓解患者骨折区域的疼痛,帮助患者维持全脊柱矢状位平衡的状态,治疗效果显著。 Objective To discuss the curative effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)on sagittal balance of the whole spine in patients with single segment osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods A total of 66 patients with single segment OVCF admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were included in study group(PKP treatment),and another 65 healthy people who received physical examination in the same period were selected as control group.The Cobb angle,VAS and ODI scores in the study group were compared before operation and at 6 months after operation;the sagittal parameters of the control group and the study group were compared.Results At 6 months after operation,Cobb angle of the study group was smaller than that before operation,VAS and ODI scores were lower than those before operation(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,PT,TK and SVA in the study group were lower than those before operation,LL and SS were higher than those before operation(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in PI,PT,LL,SS,TK and SVA between the study group at 6 months after operation and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion PKP in the treatment of single segment OVCF can effectively relieve the pain in the fracture area,maintain the sagittal balance of the whole spine of patients,and achieve significant therapeutic effects.
