传统手术与痔上黏膜环切术治疗严重痔疮的有效性及复发情况

Effectiveness and recurrence of traditional operation and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids

目的比较传统手术与痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗严重痔疮的有效性及复发情况。方法选择2018年1月至2019年12月在我院行手术治疗的150例严重痔疮患者,以抽签法将其分为传统组(n=75,传统手术)与PPH组(n=75,PPH手术)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果PPH组的治疗总有效率高于传统组(P<0.05)。术后,两组的NLR、PLR均较术前升高,但PPH组低于传统组(P<0.05)。术后3 d,两组NPY、IL-6及NGF水平均较术前升高,但PPH组低于传统组(P<0.05)。PPH组的复发率低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论与传统手术相比,PPH手术治疗严重痔疮的效果更好,复发率更低。

Objective To compare the effectiveness and recurrence of traditional operation and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with severe hemorrhoids who treated with operation in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into traditional group(n=75,traditional operation)and PPH group(n=75,PPH operation)by drawing lots.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the PPH group was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).After operation,the NLR and PLR of the two groups were higher than those before operation,but those of the PPH group were lower than the traditional group(P<0.05).At 3 days after operation,the levels of NPY,IL-6 and NGF in both groups were higher than those before operation,but those in the PPH group were lower than the traditional group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the PPH group was lower than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional operation,PPH operation has better effect and lower recurrence rate in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.
