股前外侧皮瓣在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损修复中的应用效果

Application effect of anterolateral thigh flap in reconstruction of postoperative defects of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors

目的探讨股前外侧皮瓣在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损修复中的应用效果。方法将于本院进行口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损修复的100例患者根据不同修复方式分为对照组(n=50,前臂皮瓣游离修复)和观察组(n=50,股前外侧皮瓣修复)。比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组的手术时间、胃管拔管时间、经口进食时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,观察组的口腔闭合、吞咽功能、咀嚼功能、语言功能、外形修复评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论股前外侧皮瓣在口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤术后缺损修复中的效果显著。

Objective To investigate the application effect of anterolateral thigh flap in reconstruction of postoperative defects of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent reconstruction of postoperative defects of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors in our hospital were divided into control group(n=50,forearm flap free repair)and observation group(n=50,anterolateral thigh flap repair)by different repair methods.The application effects were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,gastric tube extubation time and oral feeding time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Three months after operation,the scores of oral closure,swallowing function,chewing function,language function and shape repair of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The anterolateral thigh flap applied to the reconstruction of postoperative defects of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors has a significant effect.
