阿托伐他汀联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病伴发高脂血症的临床效果

Clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia

目的研究阿托伐他汀联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病伴发高脂血症的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月入院的84例冠心病伴发高脂血症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式将其分为A、B、C组,各28例。A组单用阿托伐他汀治疗,B组单用通心络胶囊治疗,C组联用托伐他汀与通心络胶囊治疗。比较三组治疗前、后的血脂指标、炎性因子指标、血管内皮功能指标水平、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,C组的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、肿瘤坏死因子-α、高敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、血清内皮素-1水平低于A、B组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、一氧化氮水平高于A、B组(P<0.05)。C组的治疗总有效率高于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病伴发高脂血症的效果显著,可有效改善患者的血脂水平、炎性因子水平及血管内皮功能,且不良反应少。

Objective To study the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 84 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia admitted in hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment modes,the patients were divided into group A,B,C,with 28 cases in each group.The group A was treated with atorvastatin alone,the group B was treated with Tongxinluo capsule alone,and the group C was treated with atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo capsule.The levels of blood lipid indexes,inflammatory factor indexes,vascular endothelial function indexes,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,total cholesterol,triglyceride,tumor necrosis factor-α,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,serum endothelin-1 in the group C were lower than those in the group A,B,the levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,nitric oxide were higher than those in the group A,B(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the group C was higher than that in the group A,B(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo capsule in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia has significant effect.It can effectively improve the levels of blood lipid,inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function,and has few adverse reactions.
