苓桂术甘汤加减治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床效果 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨苓桂术甘汤加减治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床效果。方法选择120例后循环缺血性眩晕患者为研究对象,采用抓阄随机化分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗,观察组在此基础上采用苓桂术甘汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组基底动脉和椎动脉收缩期末、舒张期末的血流动力学改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组眩晕评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苓桂术甘汤加减治疗后循环缺血性眩晕患者效果显著,值得推广。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Linggui Zhugan decoction in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods A total of 120 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by the randomization method of drawing lots,with60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine mesylate,and the observation group was treated with Linggui Zhugan decoction on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the hemodynamic improvement of basilar artery and vertebral artery at the end of systolic and diastolic period in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vertigo score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Linggui Zhugan decoction is effective for patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo,and is worthy of promotion.
