壮骨汤、钙剂与活性维生素D联合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果

Clinical effect of Zhuanggu decoction,calcium and active vitamin D in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture

目的探究壮骨汤、钙剂与活性维生素D联合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果。方法以简单随机化法将100例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者分为试验组和对照组,各50例。试验组采用壮骨汤、钙剂与活性维生素D联合治疗,对照组采用钙剂与活性维生素D联合治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组伤椎前缘高度百分比、骨密度T值、BGP、BALP水平均升高,Cobb角均减小,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论壮骨汤、钙剂与活性维生素D联合治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhuanggu decoction,calcium and active vitamin D in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods One hundred elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures were divided into experimental group and control group according to the simple randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Zhuanggu decoction,calcium and active vitamin D,while the control group was treated with calcium and active vitamin D.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentage of anterior height of injured vertebrae,T value of bone mineral density,the levels of BGP and BALP in both groups increased,and Cobb angle decreased,and those of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zhuanggu decoction,calcium and active vitamin D in the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fractures has a good effect.
