临床护理路径对肝癌介入治疗患者围手术期肝功能的影响

Effect of clinical nursing pathway on liver function of patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy

目的分析临床护理路径对肝癌介入治疗患者围手术期肝功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年9月至2019年10月收治的102例肝癌患者作为研究对象,依据护理方案的不同将其分为对照组(51例,常规护理干预)和研究组(51例,临床护理路径干预)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组的社会功能、身体功能、认知功能、心理状态及睡眠质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1个月,研究组的AST、ALT、DBIL、TBIL水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的术后卧床时间、住院时间短于对照组,住院花费低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床肝癌患者介入治疗中实施临床护理路径的效果显著,可提高患者的生存质量及护理满意度,且能改善患者肝功能指标,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway on liver function of patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy.Methods A total of 102 patients with liver cancer admitted in our hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(51 cases,routine nursing intervention)and study group(51 cases,clinical nursing pathway intervention)according to different nursing programs.The nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of social function,physical function,cognitive function,mental state and sleep quality in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).One month after operation,the levels of AST,ALT,DBIL and TBIL in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay in bed,hospitalization time in the study group were shoter than those of the control group,and hospitalization cost was lower than that in the control group,the score of nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing clinical nursing pathways in clinical interventional therapy of liver cancer patients has significant effect,it can improve the patients’quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and can improve the liver function indicators of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
