认知护理干预对慢性鼻窦炎手术患者认知及术后康复的影响

Effects of cognitive nursing intervention on cognition and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with chronic sinusitis surgery

目的探讨认知护理干预对慢性鼻窦炎手术患者认知及术后康复的影响。方法将60例慢性鼻窦炎患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各30例。两组患者均采取手术治疗,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予认知护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果试验组认知优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);术后2周,两组的LundMackay CT评分均降低,BI评分均升高,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论认知护理干预应用于手术治疗的慢性鼻窦炎患者中,可提高患者对疾病的认知,促进患者术后早日康复。

Objective To explore the effects of cognitive nursing intervention on cognition and postoperative rehabilitation of patients with chronic sinusitis surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic sinusitis were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients of two groups were treated with surgery,and the control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given cognitive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The cognitive excellent and good rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Two weeks after operation,Lund-Mackay CT score of the two groups decreased,and BI score increased,and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cognitive nursing intervention applied to patients with chronic sinusitis treated by surgery,it can improve the patients’cognition of the disease and promote the early recovery of patients after operation.
