快速康复外科护理理念对脊柱外科手术患者预后、心理及生活质量的影响

Influences of nursing concept of fast track surgery on the prognosis,psychology and quality of life of patients undergoing spinal surgery

目的探讨快速康复外科护理理念对脊柱外科手术患者预后、心理及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月在我院进行手术治疗的88例患者为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,各44例。观察组实施快速康复外科护理,对照组实施传统护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者S-AI及T-AI评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者VAS评分、5-HT及NE水平均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组压疮、便秘及管道风险发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的生活质量各项评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脊柱外科手术患者实施快速康复外科护理有利于其改善预后,减轻焦虑情绪,并提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the influences of nursing concept of fast track surgery on the prognosis,psychology and quality of life of patients undergoing spinal surgery.Methods A total of 88 patients treated with spinal surgery in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 44 cases in each group.The observation group was given fast track surgery nursing,while the control group was given traditional nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of S-AI and T-AI in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the VAS score,5-HT and NE levels in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of pressure sore,constipation and pipeline risk in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast track surgery nursing for patients with spinal surgery can ameliorate prognosis,reduce anxiety and improve quality of life.
