中医护理在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期肺癌中的应用效果

Application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in stageⅢ-Ⅳlung cancer

目的探讨中医护理在Ⅲ~Ⅳ期肺癌中的应用效果。方法依据随机数字表法将我院2017年1月至2019年10月收治的100例Ⅲ~Ⅳ期肺癌患者分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组患者的化疗方案一致。对照组采取常规护理方案,观察组采取中医护理方案。比较两组的心理状态评分、治疗依从性、癌因性症状评分、睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组的SAS及SDS评分均较护理前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总依从率为94.00%,高于对照组的78.00%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的癌因性疼痛、癌因性疲乏及PSQI评分均较护理前降低,WHOQOL-BREF各项评分均较护理前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%(P<0.05)。结论给予Ⅲ~Ⅳ期肺癌患者中医护理,可有效改善患者的心理状态,增强其治疗依从性,减轻癌因性症状,提升睡眠质量、生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in stageⅢ-Ⅳlung cancer.Methods One hundred patients with stageⅢ-Ⅳlung cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with50 cases in each group.The chemotherapy regimen of the two groups was the same.The control group was given routine nursing scheme,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme.The psychological state score,treatment compliance,cancer-related symptom score,sleep quality score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 78.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of cancer-related pain,cancer-related fatigue and PSQI of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the WHOQOL-BREF scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with stageⅢ-Ⅳlung cancer,enhance their treatment compliance,reduce their cancer-related symptoms,and improve their sleep quality,quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
