摘要
介绍了中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司酸性水储罐恶臭气体改造治理方案及运行效果。分析了酸性水储罐脱臭系统存在的问题,提出了在恶臭气体湿式吸收工艺的基础上,对脱臭系统增加水洗罐等优化措施。优化后,酸性气中的NH3在水洗罐内被吸收,避免了再生塔顶低温部位结盐现象;同时酸性水储罐压力得到稳定控制,避免了储罐内有毒有害气体直接排放给装置带来的安全隐患,达到了脱臭效果。
The treatment scheme and operation effect of sour water tank odor gas transformation in Sinopec Hainan Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd are introduced.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the deodorization system of sour water storage tank,the optimization measures such as adding water washing tank to the deodorization system are put forward.After optimization,NH3 in the acid gas is absorbed in the water washing tank to avoid salt deposition on the low temperature part of the top of the regeneration tower,and the pressure of the acid water storage tank is stably controlled to avoid the potential safety hazard caused by the direct discharge of toxic and harmful gases in the tank to the unit and achieve the deodorization effect.
