摘要
某炼油厂催化裂化装置分馏塔塔顶系统多次出现腐蚀泄漏,给装置长周期运行造成较大影响。为全面掌握催化裂化装置腐蚀情况和规律,在装置停工期间开展了腐蚀调查,对设备及管线进行全面腐蚀检查和定点测厚,对每台设备腐蚀形态和情况进行分析总结,查找腐蚀隐患点,为腐蚀工作开展和设备大检修提出建议。
Corrosion leakage occurred in the overhead system of a catalytic cracking unit for many times,which had a great impact on the long-term operation of the unit.In order to fully grasp the corrosion situation and law of catalytic cracking unit,corrosion investigation is carried out during unit shutdown,and comprehensive corrosion inspection and fixed-point thickness measurement for equipment and pipelines are carried out.The corrosion forms and conditions of each equipment are analyzed and summarized,and the potential corrosion points are found out.The suggestions for corrosion work and equipment overhaul are put forward.
