心房颤动病人血清总胆汁酸与C-反应蛋白水平及心率变异性的相关性分析

Correlation between Serum Total Bile Acid and Inflammatory Response and Heart Rate Variability in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

目的探讨持续性心房颤动病人血清总胆汁酸与炎症反应及心率变异性的相关性方法选取2015年6月—2019年3月我院收治的心房颤动病人48例作为观察组,另选取同期于我院体检的健康者48名作为对照组。比较两组血清总胆汁酸与C-反应蛋白水平。采用Pearson相关性分析心房颤动病人胆汁酸水平与C-反应蛋白、心率变异性的相关性。结果观察组总胆汁酸及C-反应蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,心房颤动病人血清总胆汁酸水平与C-反应蛋白水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与心率变异指数[24 h所有窦性心搏间期NN标准差(SDNN),全程相邻NN间期差值的均方根(RMSSD),全程记录中每5 min NN间期平均值的标准差(SDANN)]呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论心房颤动病人心率变异性时域参数增加,可能与总胆汁酸水平增高引起的炎症反应导致自主神经功能受损有关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum total bile acid and inflammatory response and heart rate variability in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods Forty-eight patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to March 2019 were observed.In the same period,48 healthy people in our hospital for the physical examination were selected as the control group.Serum total bile acid and C-reactive protein levels were compared between two groups.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between total bile acid and C-reactive protein levels and heart rate variability in patients with atrial fibrillation.Results The levels of total bile acid and C-reactive protein in patients with atrial fibrillation were higher than those in healthy people(P<0.05).The serum total bile acid level was positively correlated with C-reactive protein level,SDNN,SDANN,and RMSSD(P<0.05).Conclusion The increased time-domain parameters of heart rate variability in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation may be associated with impaired autonomic function caused by inflammatory reactions which was caused by increased bile acid levels.
