高分辨血管壁成像对健康人群豆纹动脉血管形态特征分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的采用高分辨率磁共振血管壁成像技术探讨不同年龄段健康人群中豆纹动脉数量及深度。方法招募60名不同年龄段健康受试者,按年龄分为A组(20~40岁)、B组(40~60岁)、C组(60~80岁)。对所有受试者进行高分辨磁共振血管壁成像(High resolution magnetic resonance vascular wall imaging)T1WI-3D VISITA序列成像,使用后处理应用Philips Intellispace portal软件对图像进行处理,以最小密度投影法(MinIP)重建血管图像进行分析,观察豆纹动脉分支的数量及深度,并使用SPSS21.0软件进行统计分析。结果3组之间男女性别构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同一年龄组左右侧比较显示,双侧豆纹动脉数量及深度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄组同一侧比较显示,豆纹动脉深度在左、右侧差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过LSD两两比较表明,A组与C组豆纹动脉数量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而A与B组、B与C组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论随着年龄的增大,豆纹动脉深度及数量逐渐减少。高分辨率磁共振血管壁成像技术对豆纹动脉形态学特征分析具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the number and depth of bilateral lenticular arteries in healthy people of different age groups by using high-resolution magnetic resonance vascular wall imaging technique.Methods 60 healthy subjects of different ages were recruited and divided into group A(20-40 years old),group B(40-60 years old)and group C(60-80 years old).And these subjects were detected by high resolution magnetic resonance wall imaging(HRMRA).The image was processed by the post-processing application software Philips intelligent portal software.The minimum density projection method(minIP)was used to reconstruct the blood vessel image for analysis,and the number and depth of the branches of lenticular artery were observed,and statistical analysis was analyzed by SPSS 21.0.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the gender composition ratio between the three groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the number and depth of bilateral lenticular arteries in right and left side of the same group(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the depth of bilateral lenticular arteries between eachgroups on the same side(P<0.05).After LSD comparison.There was significant difference in the number of bilateral lenticular arteries between group A and group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group B,and between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion With the increase of age,the number and depth of lenticular artery branches was decreased.HRMRA has certain clinical value for morphological analysis of lenticular artery.
