摘要
对偏振光谱成像系统进行误差补偿时,误差补偿后测量得到的圆偏振和线偏振误差较大,存在误差补偿精度低的问题,提出偏振光谱成像系统的误差补偿方法。对偏振光谱成像系统的成像原理进行分析,通过协方差矩阵选取目标光谱图像在各偏振方向中的波段,并计算对应的偏振度,根据偏振度探测偏振信息。以此为基础采用相位调制的方法用线偏振光代替入射光,对入射光进行分光处理,通过差分运算和累加运算获取纯干涉条纹信号和纯图像信号,叠加两组信号去除低频和高频,实现偏振光谱成像系统的误差补偿。实验结果表明,本文方法的圆偏振测量误差均低于0.02,线偏振测量误差均低于0.04,远低于传统方法的误差,说明该方法可以为偏振光谱成像系统的发展提供可靠的参考。
When compensating the errors of polarization spectral imaging system,the circular and linear polarization errors measured after error compensation are larger,and the error compensation accuracy is low.A method of error compensation for polarization spectral imaging system is proposed.The imaging principle of polarization spectral imaging system is analyzed.The bands of the target spectral image in each polarization direction are selected by covariance matrix,and the corresponding polarization degree is calculated.The polarization information is detected according to polarization degree.On this basis,the method of phase modulation is used to replace the incident light with linearly polarized light.The incident light is processed by splitting.The pure interference fringe signal and the pure image signal are obtained by differential operation and cumulative operation.Two sets of signals are superimposed to remove the low frequency and the high frequency,and the error compensation of polarized spectral imaging system is realized.The experimental results show that the error of circular polarization measurement method in this paper is less than 0.02,and that of linear polarization measurement is less than 0.04,which are far lower than those of traditional methods.It shows that this method can provide reliable reference for the development of polarization spectral imaging system.
