In recent years, many achievements have been accomplished in the construction of electricity market in China, and both the market trading volume and the consumption ratio of renewable energy have increased significantly. In order to further construct electricity market and clarify the future research and development direction of electricity market in China, this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of electricity market construction in China and studies its future development trend. Secondly, it conducts extensive researches on key technologies and the directions with important impacts on the development of the electricity market,including the theory and mechanism innovations of the electricity market with Chinese characteristics, and the business models of the electricity market in the context of energy transition and market-oriented reform of electric power industry. Finally, considering the current state of electricity market in China and the practical needs of future development, this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations to provide references for the construction of electricity market in China.
