滋肾润肺方治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病便秘的临床疗效观察

The clinical observation of Zishen Runfei Decoction in the treatment of diabetic constipation with deficiency of both qi and Yin

目的 通过观察两组糖尿病便秘患者临床症状积分的变化,探讨滋肾润肺方治疗糖尿病便秘的临床疗效,以及改善气阴两虚型2型糖尿病便秘的可能机制.方法 采用符合入选标准的60例糖尿病便秘患者用糖尿病教育、控制饮食、运动等基础治疗.随机分成两组,即实验组30例(基础治疗+滋肾润肺方)、对照组30例(基础治疗+麻仁润肠丸),进行为期4周的临床治疗.观察两组治疗前后中医症候及结肠运输积分的变化,并判断临床疗效.结果 治疗后实验组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),并且实验组和对照组治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且各组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 滋肾润肺方对2型糖尿病气阴两虚型便秘疗效显著,值得进一步推广.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zishen Runfei Decoction in the treatment of diabetic constipation,and the possible mechanism of improving Qi and yin deficiency type 2 diabetic constipation through the observation of two groups of diabetic constipation patients with clinical symptom score changes.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic constipation that met the inclusion criteria were used for basic treatments such as diabetes education,diet control,and exercise.The were randomly divided into two groups.30 cases in the experimental group(basic treatment+Zishen Runfei Recipe)and 30 cases in the control group(basic treatment+Maren Runchang pill)were observed for 4 weeks of clinical treatment.The changes of TCM symptoms and colonic transport scores before and after treatment in both groups,and judged the clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion "Zishen Runfei Recipe" has a significant effect on constipation of type 2 diabetes and Qi and Yin deficiency.and it is worth further promotion.
