摘要
目的 探究基于运动数据监测模式下的有氧运动治疗对轻中度抑郁症的疗效.方法 选取2017年1月至2018年12月本院门诊及住院的140例轻-中度抑郁症患者,按照数字表法随机分为运动组、非运动组,每组各70例.非运动组予舍曲林治疗,运动组在运动数据监测模式下予中等强度有氧运动联合舍曲林治疗,比较分析两组患者的哈密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、哈密尔顿抑郁量表-17项(HAMD-17)评分、参与治疗依从性及生活质量情况.结果 运动组患者治疗后HAMD-17评分明显低于非运动组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).运动组患者的治疗依从性(94.29%)明显高于非运动组患者的依从性(81.43%)(P<0.05).运动组患者经治疗后的生活质量评分总分(63.91±8.46)分明显高于非运动组患者的生活质量评分总分(58.76±7.18)分(P<0.05).结论 基于运动数据监测模式下的有氧运动治疗对轻至中度抑郁症的抑郁情绪疗效显著,能提高治疗依从性,改善患者的生活质量.
Objective To explore the efiect of aerobic exercise therapy on mild to moderate depression based on exercise data monitoring mode.Methods 140 patients with mild to moderate depression in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected for our research.By applying the algorithm of random number table,these patients were divided into two groups,namely,exercise group and non-exercise group with 70 patients in each group.While the non-exercise group was treated merely with sertraline,moderate intensity aerobic exercise combined with sertraline was given to the exercise group under the exercise data monitoring mode.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale-17(HAMD-17)scores,participation in treatment compliance and quality of life were compared and analyzed between the two groups of patients.Results The HAMD-17 scores of patients in the exercise group were significantly lower than those in the non-exercise group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The compliance of the exercise group(94.29%)was markedly higher than that of the non-exercise group(81.43%)(P<0.05),The exercise group also showed a higher total quality of life score(63.91±8.46)after than the non-exercise group(58.76±7.18)(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise therapy under exercise data monitoring mode has an outstanding eSect on mild to moderate depression,which can raise treatment compliance and improve patients'quality of life.
