摘要
目的了解明光市淡色库蚊的抗药性水平现状,为制定规范、合理的卫生杀虫剂使用方案提供科学依据。方法蚊幼虫浸渍法。结果氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威、马拉硫磷和吡丙醚对淡色库蚊幼虫的LC50分别是0.079 119、0.003 154、0.008 021、0.498 411、0.124 578 mg/L和0.017 984 g/L,淡色库蚊对氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威的抗性倍数分别为20.29、6.48、10.08和4.33。结论明光市淡色库蚊幼虫对4种常用杀虫剂已经产生了不同程度的抗药性,应减少拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂的使用,轮替使用其他作用机理或敏感型的杀虫剂,以期延缓抗药性的发生和发展。
Objective To investigate the insecticide resistance of Culex pipiens pallens from Mingguang City of Anhui Province,and to provide scientific basis for mosquito control.Methods Larval impregnation method was used.Results The LC50 values of permethrin,deltamethrin,beta cypermethrin,propoxur,malathion and pyriproxyfen to Cx.pipiens pallens larvae were 0.079 119,0.003 154,0.008 021,0.498 411,0.124 578 mg/L and 0.017 984 g/L in 2018,showing that Cx.pipiens pallens larvae developed 20.29,6.48,10.08 and 4.33 folds resistance respectively to permethrin,deltamethrin,beta cypermethrin and propectin.Conclusion The Cx.pipiens pallens larvae in Mingguang City have generated various levels of resistance to several commonly used insecticides,with higher resistance to permethrin.It is important to reduce the use of pyrethroid insecticides and rotate the use of sensitive insecticides to delay the development of resistance.
