复原活血汤联合凉性经筋通贴膏外敷治疗单纯性肋骨骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction Combined with External Application of Cool Unblocking Meridian Plaster in Treatment of Simple Rib Fracture

目的观察复原活血汤联合凉性经筋通贴膏外敷治疗单纯性肋骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 96例单纯性肋骨骨折患者随机分为复原活血汤组(A组,32例),凉性经筋通贴膏组(B组,32例),复原活血汤+凉性经筋通贴膏组(C组,32例),观察疼痛程度、肿胀指数、总体治疗有效率。结果 3组患者在治疗后第3、7、14天疼痛程度、肿胀指数上有显著下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与A组和B组比较,C组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组治疗14 d后总体疗效评价,C组患者治疗显效率及总有效率均高于A组和B组,而无效率低于A组和B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复原活血汤联合凉性经筋通贴膏外敷在治疗早期单纯性肋骨骨折方面疗效显著,能够明显改善患者胸部疼痛和骨折部位的软组织水肿,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect on treatment of simple rib fracture of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combinedwith external application of Cool Unblocking Meridian Plaster.Methods Ninety-six cases of patients with simple rib fractures were randomly divided into the group of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction(group A,32 cases),the group of Cool Unblocking Meridian Plaster(group B,32 cases),the group of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction + Cool Unblocking Meridian Plaster(group C,32 cases),and we observed the degree of pain,swelling index,overall treatment effectiveness.Results The pain and swelling index of the three groups were significantly decreased on the 3rd,7th and 14th day after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those of group A and group B,that of group C was more obvious(P<0.05).The overall efficacy of the three groups was evaluated after 14 days of treatment.The effective rate and total effective rate of the patients in group C were higher than those in group A and group B,and the inefficiency was lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with Cool Unblocking Meridian Plaster is effective in the treatment of early simple rib fractures,which can significantly improve chest pain and soft tissue edema in the fracture site,and improve clinical efficacy.
