新辅助化疗联合复方苦参注射液对中晚期乳腺癌患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Combined with Compound Kushen Injection on Immune Function in Patients with Advanced Breast Cancer

目的新辅助化疗联合复方苦参注射液对中晚期女性乳腺癌患者机体免疫功能的影响。方法选取64例中晚期女性乳腺癌患者作为新辅助化疗研究对象,将这64病例随机分为研究组和对照组,每组32例。对照组采用常规新辅助化疗方法,研究组在对照组基础上进行联合复方苦参注射液治疗,比较和分析两组患者的自体免疫功能和骨髓抑制。结果治疗后,研究组患者的自体免疫功能指标、白细胞指标相较于单纯新辅助化疗对照组,有明显好转(P<0.05)。结论新辅助化疗联合应用复方苦参注射液可显著改善中晚期乳腺癌患者免疫功能,改善骨髓抑制。

Objective To observe the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with Compound Kushen Injection on immune function of middle and late stage female breast cancer patients.Methods Sixty-four women with breast cancer in the middle and late stage were selected as neoadjuvant chemotherapy research objects.The cases were randomly divided into study group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and the study group was treated with Compound Kushen Injection on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,the autoimmune function and leukocyte index of the study group were significantly improved compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with Compound Kushen Injection can significantly improve the immune function of patients with advanced breast cancer and improve the myelosuppression.
