针音法和单独针刺法对于妇科腹腔镜术后患者疼痛视觉模拟评分量表评分及白细胞介素-10、前列腺素E2、内啡肽水平的影响

Effects of Needle-Acoustic Method and Single Acupuncture on VAS Score and Levels of IL-10,Prostaglandin E and Endorphin in Patients Undergoing Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery

目的分析针音法和单独针刺法对于妇科腹腔镜术后患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分及白细胞激素-10(IL-10)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、内啡肽(EP)水平的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2019年5月该院收治的90例妇科腹腔镜患者为研究对象,按电脑随机法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组以单独针刺法进行治疗,观察组则联合平衡针和五音法进行治疗,对比两组疗效、术后镇痛情况、不良反应以及治疗前后IL-10、PGE2和EP变化。结果两组治疗前焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分对比无差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后SAS、SDS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后30 min VAS评分对比无差异(P>0.05),两组术后6 h和术后24 h VAS评分低于术后30 min(P<0.05),观察组术后6 h和术后24 h VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前EP、PGE2和IL-10水平对比(P>0.05);两组治疗后EP、IL-10水平低于治疗前而PGE2高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后EP高于对照组而PGE2和IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇科腹腔镜术后以针音法进行治疗可以缓解患者疼痛,改善其情绪变化,降低不良反应发生率,安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effects of needle-acoustic method and single acupuncture on VAS score and levels of IL-10,prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and endorphin(EP) in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of90 gynecological laparoscopic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to computer randomization method,45 cases in each.The control group was treated with acupuncture alone,and the observation group was treated with balanced needle and five-tone method.The efficacy,postoperative analgesia,adverse reactions and IL-10,PGE2 and EP before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS and SDS before treatment were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups were compared at 30 min after operation(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups were lower than that 30 min after operation(P<0.05),and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than that 6 h and 24 h after surgery(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of EP,PGE2 and IL-10 before treatment in the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).The levels of EP and IL-10 after treatment were lower than that before treatment and PGE2 was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The EP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the levels of PGE2 and IL-10 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of gynecological laparoscopic surgery with needle-acoustic method can alleviate pain,improve mood changes,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and have high safety.It is worthy of promoting.
