浅析温阳调气法中医针灸治疗抑郁症

A Brief Analysis of Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion by Warming Yang and Regulating Qi Method in Treatment of Depression

抑郁症的防治是当今社会高度关注的话题,作者从抑郁症的临床表现出发,阐述抑郁症的主要病因病机,认为"气机失调,情志郁滞"是抑郁症的发病基础及"阳气失运,温养失责"亦是抑郁症的主要致病因素。文章论述以中医典籍论著为参考,归纳总结古人关于该病发病的病因病机及临床表现的论述,运用临证医案治疗的有效性为指导依据,以近年来针灸治疗抑郁症的相关研究进展为实践支撑,对临床上导师粟胜勇教授运用"温阳调气法"针灸治疗抑郁症的学术思想进行思考总结,认为针刺治疗此病重在以针之道调节气机升降、宣发郁结之气机而助阳、行阳,运用艾灸治疗以温调失运之阳气、温煦机体、平衡脏腑进而通调气机,两种治法的有机结合运用旨在情志气血阴阳同调,从而有效改善抑郁症状,为临床针灸治疗抑郁症提供新思路。

The prevention and treatment of depression is a topic of high concern in today’s society.From the clinical manifestations of depression,the main cause and pathogenesis of depression,the author believed that "Qi disorder and mood stagnation" is the basis of depression and "Yang Qi loss of nourishing,warmth or care" is also the main pathogenic factors of depression.This paper discussed the ancients etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and the clinical manifestations in TCM classics works and used the effective clinical treatment cases for guiding.With recent advances in the studies of acupuncture treatment of depression for practice,professor SU Shengyong uses warming Yang and regulating Qi acupuncture in the treatment of depression and we summarized the academic thinking,the way of acupuncture treatment of the disease.Moxibustion was used to regulate the loss of Yang Qi,warm the body,balance Zang-Fu organs and Qi activity.The organic combination of the two treatment methods aims to improve the symptoms of depression effectively and provide a new idea for the treatment of depression by acupuncture and moxibustion.
