茯苓对正常大鼠物质与能量代谢、内分泌系统及神经系统影响 被引量:6

Effects on Substance and Energy Metabolism,Endocrine System and Nervous System of Poria in Normal Rats

摘要 目的通过考察茯苓及6种典型寒热药对正常大鼠物质和能量代谢、内分泌系统及神经系统的影响,阐述茯苓的寒热药性。方法将SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、3种寒药组(黄连、黄芩、黄柏)、3种热药组(附子、干姜、花椒)和茯苓高、低剂量组;连续灌胃给药21 d后,测定各组大鼠物质和能量代谢、神经系统和内分泌系统相关指标,结合主成分分析方法,判断茯苓的药性归属。结果茯苓组多巴胺、四碘甲状腺原氨酸、促甲状腺激素、17-羟皮质醇、细胞色素C氧化酶、糖原磷酸化酶、α-酮戊二酸脱氢酶、延胡索酸酶、柠檬酸合酶显著上升(P<0.05或P<0.01);脂肪甘油三酯脂酶显著下降(P<0.01)。结论综合前期研究结果,可推断茯苓药性为"温性"。 Objective The present study aimed to evaluate the drug property of Poria,interms of its effects on the substance and energy metabolism,nervous system,endocrine system in normal rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into groups:blank,Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparaia,Zingiberis Rhizoma,Zanthoxylum bungeanum Seeds,Coptidis rhizoma,Phellodendri Cortex,Radix Scutellariae,HWDF(10-fold dose for rat of Poria water decoction)and LWDF(5-fold dose for rat of Poria water decoction). All groups were administered orally for 21 days. Several indices in vivo correlated with substance and energy metabolism,endocrine system and nervous system were determined,respectively. PCA method was used to estimate the property affiliation of Poria. Results Compared to normal group,in Poria group,dopamine,tetraiodothyronine,thyrotropic hormone,17-hydroxycorticosteroid,cytochrome C oxidase,glycogen phosphorylase,α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase,fumarase,citrate synthase were increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01);while adipose triglyceride lipase was decreased significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion Drug property of Poria was inferred as trending to"warm",which still need further study.
