马铁明教授“调神与调形针法”理论基础探讨

"调神与调形针法"是马铁明教授基于传统中医整体观念的"形神一体观"提出的针刺方案,在调节患者精神状态的"神"的同时,也调节由组织结构改变的"形",从而达到形神共调、内外和谐、阴平阳秘的健康状态,符合现代生理-心理-社会医学模式。文章旨在对马铁明教授从"形神一体观"角度用针灸治疗疾病的思路及具体方法进行分析和阐述,通过细毫针调神,粗毫针调形,将"形神一体观"在针具针法的应用上进行了新的尝试,为针灸的临床应用提供了综合治疗方案,对现代心身医学的发展以及指导临床具有一定的意义。
