中医对肝硬化记载及辨证论治概况

Record of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Liver Cirrhosis and the Survey of Syndrome Differentiation

肝硬化病情复杂,病死率高,西医尚无特效治疗方法,而中医药在治疗肝硬化疗效上较西医有较大优势。该文从肝硬化在中医的文献记载、病因病机、辨证论治等几个方面总结中医对肝硬化的认识及辨证论治概况。

Liver cirrhosis is complicated and the mortality rate is high. Western medicine has no specific treatment,and Chinese medicine has a greater advantage in the treatment of liver cirrhosis than Western medicine. This article summarizes the understanding of Chinese medicine on liver cirrhosis and the syndrome differentiation and treatment from the aspects of liver cirrhosis in Chinese literature,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment.
