太子参参须提取物对免疫抑制小鼠血清免疫指标和抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:5

Effect of extract from the fibrous root of Radix pseudostellariae on the serum immune and antioxidant indexes in immunosuppressed mice

摘要 试验旨在研究太子参参须提取物(Radix pseudostellariae fibrous root extraction,RPFRE)对免疫抑制小鼠血清免疫指标和抗氧化指标的影响。腹腔注射环磷酰胺(CY)复制免疫抑制模型小鼠,用RPFRE给小鼠灌胃,检测血清相关免疫指标和抗氧化指标。结果显示,与CY组相比,RPFRE各组小鼠IgA含量升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);RPFRE高剂量组小鼠IgG、IgM含量升高(P<0.05),RPFRE中、高剂量组小鼠补体C3、C4含量升高(P<0.01);RPFRE低、高剂量组小鼠总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酯(SOD)活性升高(P<0.01),中剂量组小鼠SOD活性升高(P<0.01),RPFRE组小鼠丙二醛(MDA)含量均降低(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,RPFRP能提高免疫低下小鼠的体液免疫功能和抗氧化功能。 This experiment was to study the effect of extract from Radix pseudostellariae fibrous root(RPFRE)on the immune function and anti-oxidant function of immunosuppressed mice.The immunosuppressed mice model was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide(CY),and then RPFRE was administered to the mice by gavage.The results showed that,compared with the CY group,the IgA content in the mice of the RPFRE group was increased(P<0.05,P<0.01);the IgG and IgM content in the mice of the high-dose RPFRE group was raised(P<0.05),and the contents of C3 and C4 in the mice of the medium and high dose RPFRE groups were increased,too(P<0.01).The activities of T-AOC and SOD were increased in the mice of the low and high dose RPFRE groups(P<0.01),and the activity of SOD also increased in the mice of the medium dose RPFRE group(P<0.01).However,the content of MDA in the mice of the RPFRE group was decreased(P<0.05).The above results indicated that RPFRE improved the humoral immune function and antioxidant function of immunosuppressed mice.
