脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇对动物肝脏组织损伤的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(deoxynivalenol,DON)污染饲料严重危害动物生产。肝脏是DON毒性作用的主要靶器官。目前对DON引起肝脏的病理研究缺少充分系统的综述。故本文从动物肝脏组织结构特点,DON引起肝脏的组织损伤及肝损伤的半定量评价体系及DON对肝脏组织损伤研究进展等方面进行综述。为DON引起肝脏的病理研究提供参考。 Contamination of feed by deoxynivalenol(DON)exposure is a serious threat for animal production;and the liver of animals is a key targeting-organ of DON toxicity.A full and systematic discussion on the major role of DON on animal hepatic histopathology is still absent.Therefore,the aim of the present review is to summarize and update the evidence of liver histology features for studies of the histopathology of,and the toxic effects of DON on the hepatic histological lesion and the liver lesion score,by quantitative and semi-quantitative assessments.It is hoped that the research progress summarized here would help in promoting research on hepatic histopathology induced by DON.
