多物理场耦合数值模拟在电子束冷床熔炼中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 掌握以电子束冷床熔炼为核心的高端钛材"低成本、短流程"制备技术是我国钛产业进一步发展的核心问题。为揭示电子束冷床熔炼过程中的复杂物理现象,建立产品质量调控机制,可实现高温熔炼过程"可视化"的多物理耦合数值模拟技术受到了广泛关注。综述了电子束冷床熔炼过程数值模型的发展现状,讨论了现有数值模型对了解熔炼过程中物理现象及传递现象的理论支持,提出了多物理耦合数值模拟技术的进一步发展态势。 Developing the"low cost,short process"manipulation technology is the future developing trend of Chinese titanium industry centered on electron beam cold hearth smelting(EBCHM)for high performance titanium materials.In order to reveal the complex physical phenomena in the process of EBCHM and establish the mechanism for controlling products quality,the multi physical numerical model,which is an effective tool for realizing the"visualization"of high temperature smelting process,was widely concerned.The development of the numerical model of EBCHM was reviewed,and the theoretical support of the existing numerical model for the investigation of the physical and transfer phenomenon in the smelting process was discussed,and the further developing trend of the multi physical coupling numerical model was proposed.
