摘要
为减少压铸模裂纹的产生,延长压铸模使用寿命,采用普通热作模具钢及高钼热作模具钢,试验了其开始产生龟裂纹的模次。考查两种模具钢表面氮化后开始出现龟裂纹的模次及龟裂纹的深度,并对模具加工的残余应力进行了分析。结果表明,相同产品、相同生产条件下,做了气体表面氮化的模具寿命比不处理模具寿命延长53%~75%。
In order to reduce the occurrence of die casting cracks and prolong the service life of die casting dies,ordinary hot mold steels and high molybdenum hot mold steels were used to test the modulus of cracks,the mould cycles and depth of crack after nitriding on two surfaces.The residual stress of die during processing was also analyzed.The results show that the die life with surface nitriding treatment can be prolonged by 53%~75%compared with that of one without nitriding treatment at the same product and production conditions.
