消失模铸造微顶管的缺陷分析与控制

摘要 顶管属于薄壁加长管件,其铸造毛坯件对成品质量有很大影响。研究采用消失模铸造工艺在现行国产设备条件下生产微顶管的工艺过程。详细分析了微顶管生产过程中夹渣、缩松等缺陷产生的原因,制定了预防措施,通过设备改造,优化工艺方案,收到良好效果。 Pipe jacking belongs to thin-walled extension pipe,and its casting blank has a great influence on the quality of finished products.The technological process of micro pipe jacking production was described by vacuum EPC with help of the current domestic equipment,and the origination of the defects such as slag inclusion and inclusion in micro pipe jacking during the production process was analyzed in detail.The prevention and control measures were put forward.The process scheme was designed through the equipment upgrading and the optimization of the gating system.By means of continuous improvement and trial production,the satisfied effect could be realized.
