摘要 设计了聚焦型脉冲涡流探头,建立了有限元仿真模型,通过与传统的圆台型检测探头进行对比,研究了利用基于聚焦型探头的脉冲涡流检测技术(PECT)检测压力管道保温层下腐蚀(CUI)情况。仿真分析研究了管道在有缺陷和无缺陷状态下磁场分布、涡流分布情况以及接收线圈的电压值。研究结果表明:聚焦型探头对于管道保温层下的腐蚀缺陷具有显著的检测效果。 A focused pulsed eddy current probe was designed,and a finite element simulation model was established.By comparing with the traditional round table type detection probe,the pulse eddy current detection technology(PECT)based on the focus type probe was used to detect the under-insulation corrosion(CUI)of the pressure pipeline.The magnetic field distribution,eddy current distribution and the voltage value of the receiving coil in the pipeline with and without defects are simulated and analyzed.The research showed that the focused probe had a significant detection effect on corrosion defects under the pipeline insulation.
