摘要
基于卧式聚丙烯储罐在实际应用中的特点,根据力学原理计算罐体厚度,核算许用应力,并调整其壁厚来满足设计要求。同时采用UG软件,根据静力学原理对罐体上各处的最大位移量进行数字化分析,再根据标准进行判定,结果说明了设计计算与UG分析的一致性,从而保证设备的机械强度和应用的安全性。
Based on the characteristics of horizontal polypropylene storage tanks in practical applications,the thickness of the tank body was calculated according to the mechanics principle,the allowable stress was calculated,and the wall thickness was adjusted to meet the design requirements.At the same time,the UG software was used to digitally analyze the maximum displacement on the tank according to the principle of statics,and then judged according to the standard.The results showed the consistency of design calculation and UG analysis,so as to ensure the mechanical strength of the equipment and the safety of application.
