摘要
本案基地位于杭州最具历史的老街区之一望江门直街内,安置对象明确,特征与需求明显,家庭结构以三或四代同堂为主。受原有居住习惯影响,对公共活动空间与邻里交流的需求更加显著。故在设计应对,上更加注重小区公共空间的营造。除了围合与收放的院落空间与充裕的室外活动场地,建筑底层设置了尺度不一、功能多样的架空层活动区,使人们的活动不受天气影响,有利于亲切友善的社区氛围和邻里关系。
The project is located in Wangjiangmen Straight Street,one of the oldest and most historic districts in Hangzhou.The resettlement targets are clear,and their characteristics and needs are obvious.Most families have three to four generations that live together in one house.According to their habits,they have obvious needs to communicate with neighbors.Therefore,the design calls for increased attention to the construction of public space in the community.
