摘要
目的:探讨外伤性小儿肘关节骨折的诊治体会。方法:选取2015年4月-2019年4月以来我院收治的外伤性小儿肘关节骨折患者42例,随机分为观察组和对照组各21例,对照组采用保守方法治疗,观察组采用手术方法治疗。结果:观察组临床效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外伤性小儿肘关节骨折患者经手术治疗效果较为理想,可有效改善患者肘关节功能,提升患者生活质量,临床上应当进一步推广使用。
Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic elbow fracture in children.Methods:from April 2015 to April 2019,42 cases of pediatric traumatic elbow fracture treated by me were randomly divided into study group and control group,21 cases each.Results:the clinical effect of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the results of surgical treatment of pediatric traumatic elbow fracture were satisfactory,which could effectively improve the function of elbow joint and improve the quality of life of patients.
